The Black Series HQ19 All-Terrain Off-Road Trailer is Full of Surprises when Camping
Soft beaches, tall palm trees, blue sea… Boris is eager to see these things instead of the inland mountains and jungle. Boris and his wife Emma have always longed to spend a vacation in Florida. On their wedding anniversary, Boris is going to give Emma a surprise. They’re going on a trip, just the two of them. Luckily, they just got the Black Series HQ19, so Boris is driving it on their anniversary trip.
When Boris towed the trailer home, Emma was blown away by its rugged appearance in black and silver with red stripes. Boris told her that they would be living in the trailer on the anniversary trip, and Emma frolicked as happily as a kid with a basketful of Halloween candy. She then packed in a hurry. Luckily, the trailer has plenty of storage space. As food is the top priority for a gourmet, it’s great to have a 170 L fridge in your trailer. Emma would have complained a lot without it. Packed and ready, they set out on their trip.
Heading south along U.S. Route 1, they can see the streets of Amelia Island flanked by a variety of historic buildings, Victorian B&Bs and restaurants. The ambience is quite unique. Along the way, they drive past Fort George Island, a place renowned for lawn bowls, yachting and the Kingsley Plantation. Of course, these are not their destinations. They’re going to the most natural places. They arrive at Canaveral National Seashore, their first destination. It has a 24-mile pristine beach, the longest undeveloped beach on Florida’s east coast. The soft sand is usually a problem for driving, but the performance of the Black Series HQ19 smashes their expectations. It has high ground clearance, off-road tires and an independent suspension system designed for off-road all-terrain passability. It’s as effortless to tow it on the beach as on a paved road. Boris parks the trailer, puts on his swimsuit and fetches his surfboard from the roof. He’s ready to ride the waves against the wind.
Boris and Emma used to get their car dirty with sand and seawater after surfing. To their surprise, the Black Series HQ19 is equipped with a shower head on the outside, keeping the interior clean and dry. They go back to the trailer to turn on the instant water heater for a comfortable hot shower, then cook dinner together. They set up the pull-out external kitchen hidden in the trailer, and delicious chicken is soon sizzling on the hot stove. It’s very convenient to wash vegetables in the outdoor stainless-steel sink on the side. They fold out their table and chairs, and light up a fancy table lamp. It’s quite appetizing to enjoy tropical fruits while watching the setting sun dyeing the sea red. Feeling the gentle breeze after dinner, they take time to watch the sea shading from gold to orange and then to dark blue. At night, they lie on the big bed in the trailer and use the inverter air conditioner to keep the inside at a suitable temperature. The sounds of the sea breeze blowing through the palm trees and the waves lapping on the shore compose the perfect lullaby of nature.
Emma wakes Boris up early in the morning to watch the sun rise over the sea. Drinking a cup of espresso made by the coffee machine, they watch as the distant sea and sky are turned red by the slowly rising golden sun. Now begin their beautiful days. After a quick breakfast heated in the microwave, they hike to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, which is known as the best bird-watching destination. Various kinds of chirping birds can be seen in the wetlands, swamps and broad-leaved forests. It also has a larger presence of endangered wildlife than anywhere else in North America.
Their southbound travels continue until they reach their final destination: Fort Lauderdale. Although it’s no longer a spring resort, the crowds are still bustling. The white sand beach dotted with palm trees here is mesmerizing as people frolic in the water, cycle, roller-skate and jog. Having parked the trailer, Boris is impressed that they haven’t had to stop at any campsites for supplies along the way. The well-equipped Black Series HQ19 alone guarantees adequate supplies with its super-sized water tanks, solar panels, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and roaster. These amenities make the outdoors life as comfortable as a resort vacation. The trailer’s powerful all-terrain off-road passability allows them to get closer to nature, while its comprehensive features and amenities make the extra expense of campsites completely unnecessary.
Through the experience of camping and driving the whole way, Emma and Boris have grown fonder of this RV that keeps surprising them. They’re attracted not only by its ability to adapt to various terrains, but also by the comforts it provides for outdoor living. Its excellent performance proves how smart they were in deciding to buy it. Down the road, there are always more fascinating places for them to explore with the Black Series HQ19.
