The dedicated Airport Team played a crucial role in the success of this grand occasion. Their tireless efforts focused on ensuring smooth arrival and departure processes for all participants. Their responsibilities ranged from issuing visas and handling ticketing to ensuring participant safety and managing unforeseen flight disruptions. With an unwavering commitment to safety and order, they left no aspect unattended, ensuring a seamless airport experience for everyone involved.

The HWPL Convoy Team, consisting of skilled drivers, carried out thorough vehicle inspections to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of participants. Their professionalism and dedication made a lasting impression on visitors. Throughout the event, volunteer drivers traveled a total distance of approximately 800,000 km, equivalent to circling the globe 20 times.

The participation of volunteer interpreters in the summit sessions was integral to facilitating effective communication. Their unwavering dedication to connecting individuals ensured a meaningful experience for all involved. “With over 800 guests participating in more than 30 sessions, the need for interpretation was extensive. Additionally, materials had to be translated into over 20 languages, surpassing the scale generally seen in both private organizations and national forums. Our HWPL interpretation and translation volunteers have admirably managed the entire process,” noted a volunteer interpreter.

The broadcast media team, comprised of 208 dedicated volunteers, diligently endeavored to encapsulate and disseminate the very essence of the summit to a worldwide audience. A volunteer expressed, “I strongly believe that our videos serve as a formidable instrument for propagating a culture of peace, enabling people from diverse linguistic backgrounds around the globe to gain access to this momentous event.”

The medical department has diligently assembled a comprehensive assortment of emergency medicines, ranging from basic digestive remedies to cater to the needs of this event. The team leading the medical department comprises active doctors, oriental medicine doctors, and nurses who have voluntarily stepped forward to contribute to the promotion of peace. The team leader of the Medical Department elaborated by stating, “Due to the event being hosted by a private organization, there may be uncertainties regarding the availability of a medical support team.” Additionally, medical checks were conducted during guest room visits to ensure the well-being of all participants.

The Security Department is responsible for ensuring personnel safety. Although the staff consists of volunteers who are not professional security guards, they are composed of capable men and women who have come together for the purpose of promoting peace. In regard to this, the Deputy General Manager of the Security Department stated that approximately 400 members received comprehensive training and education, which included practical simulations, starting from March, in preparation for the event.

The installation team assumed the crucial responsibility of establishing the essential infrastructure required for the successful execution of the event. They skillfully managed electrical setups, stage installations, and ongoing maintenance, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The HWPL official expressed gratitude towards the volunteers, who are driven by their passion for peace, for their tireless efforts in supporting the peace summit. The official also acknowledged their remarkable unwavering commitment and expressed hope for government support of this peace movement.
